Negative: Unfortunately the toilet wouldn’t flush but I did let the owner know and she did apologise other than that it was a quick and lovely stay.

Positive: I liked where the appartment was located as it was in such a lovely area of Shepparton. Just across from the lake. Even though you could not see the lake from the property. it was easy to get into the house and the downstairs kitchen dining area was nice and roomy. The heater worked and all the lights. Bathrooms were big as was the bedroom. There was plenty of space and I loved that there was a bathroom downstairs.
Negative: There was no hand rail for going up and downstairs which made it a little unsafe I thought as I had a lady with me in her 70's and she was a little anxious about taking luggage upstairs with out a rail to help. The parking as well was a little difficult. When I parked my twin cab Ute in the parking space allocated I was asked to move it as another car could not get round mine to go to the back of the appartment block. I ended up parking in a space hard up against the opposite side of the front door. I apologise if it put anyone else out. We could not find any directions on how to change the TV from free to air to streaming services, If there were instructions we could not find them Just a remote.

Positive: Great location , spacious for a family of 4, well furnished
Negative: We were there on a 40C day & the aircon was malfunctioning in the main bedroom. The staff did their best by organising repairs at short notice & provided a fan.

Positive: It was across from the lake.
Negative: The utensils were dirty and had to wash them before using. We found many ants in kitchen area. There was no blinds on windows in ensuite bathroom. If a person had binoculars they could see us.

Positive: Location is amazing, host was responsive and seemed so friendly.
Negative: On arrival there were ants, attracted to something on the kitchen bench, as if the if the bench hadn't been wiped down properly. Bin had food (grated cheese) left in it which wasn't pleasant on a very humid 34 degree day! Also washing machine was full of wet linen and dryer was full of semi wet items which was odd when it meant sitting in there for the next 2 days. Upstairs though, bathrooms etc were all very clean.
